One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)

dir. Milos Forman

The film opens with a wide shot of a misty dawn over Mount Bachelor in Oregon.

McMurphy (Jack Nicholson) arrives in the Oregon Department of Corrections, 2575 Center Street NE, Salem, Oregon

The hospital - Oregon State Hospital, 2600 Center Street NE, Salem, Oregon. The filming mostly took place at the northern wing of Cascade Hall aka J Building. Most of the old structure was demolished in 2009-2010 and has been replaced with new buildings. Some props from the movie are featured in the new Museum of Mental Health located on the premises.
This rare photo by Lloyd Hansen shows the building in 2009:

McMurphy hijacks a bus with mental patients and drives through Salem - the 400 block of Court Street, Salem, Oregon. That particular portion of the street changed so much over the years, it's almost unrecognizable now. The building in the background is the Reed Opera House that was a department store at the time.

McMurphy stops at a trailer park to pick up his girlfriend Candy - between 2nd Street NW and Edgewater Street NW, Salem, Oregon.

McMurphy takes the patients for a fishing trip - Depoe Bay, Oregon, "the smallest harbor in the world," located on U.S. Route 101 next to the Pacific Ocean.
