Excellent. Great SF neighborhood stills of yesteryear!
ReplyDeleteHaven't watched this in years, I'll have to re-watch...forgot how many neighborhoods here in SF are featured. Always felt that the city of San Francisco is almost it's own character in this classic SF movie.
THANKS FOR THE GREAT PICTURES AND MEMORIES.BULLITT HAS THE BEST CAR CHASE EVER.FRENCH CONNECTION IS SECOND.
ReplyDeleteNOBODY WILL EVER TOP THIS MOVIE!!!!!!
Steve Mcqueen can't be replaced by Pitt,Damon or Clooney combined. They don't make them like they use to.
ReplyDeleteStill enjoying that movie once every year. This is going on since it’s release.
ReplyDeleteThank you a lot for your great job on Bullitt locations. I'm a french fan of this movie (I was born when it was shot). I've got recently an original pic of the 1968 movie (a portrait of McQueen); it is a Warner Bros promotional picture. Could you help to find the location it was shot ? I can send you a scan of the pic: my email is laurent.lecomte75@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteMany thanks
